• Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

1. Initiate a Return

2. Pack & Ship the Item
   • Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
   • Ship the return using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
